Assignment of Exhibit Space
- Space is assigned to companies in good standing and upon receipt of the full payment.
- Contracts will be dated and assigned in the order received.
- If your choice of space is not available, the closest space to your original selection will be assigned.
- No guarantees are made with respect to booth location.
- Before December 1, 2023, G-I Organizational Members will be given priority assignments
Exhibitor Registration
Complimentary Registration
- Included in your space rental fee: 1 Full Registration and 1 Booth Personnel Registration
- You will receive an Exhibitor Registration Form as part of the official Exhibitor Service Kit, which will be emailed to you 3 months prior to Geo-Structures 2024.
- To secure Full Registration and Booth Personnel, complete the Exhibitor Registration forms and send them to [email protected] or fax them to (866) 902-5593 by no later than September 18, 2024. Please use one form per person.
- After September 18, 2024, exhibitor registration will be available on-site at Geo-Structures 2024, but there will be a $50 on-site service fee for processing.
Additional Booth Personnel Registration
- You have the option to purchase one Additional Booth Personnel Registration at a reduced rate of $300.
- Please note that additional registrations must be purchased at the full conference rate.
- The Additional Booth Personnel Registration Form will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
- To secure Additional Booth Personnel Registration, complete the provided form and send it to [email protected] or fax it to (866) 902-5593 no later than September 18, 2024.
- After September 18, 2024, exhibitor registration for additional personnel will be available on-site at Geo-Structures 2024, but there will be a $50 on-site service fee assessed.
